All orders are processed within 24 hours on week days – and same day if received by noon AEST, or next day for afternoon orders, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there are delays we will let you know within the same time frame by email.
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number from Australia Post/ StarTrack once the goods are despatched.
Health Support Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
